“We haven't registered for corporate tax yet.”
We register you with the FTA, secure your TRN and check whether the late registration penalty waiver can still apply.
We’ll take the complexity and hassle out of all your accounting, audit and tax needs.
Work with FTA registered tax agents and Chartered Accountants. We register your business, file your return and back every position with proper evidence, so you never pay a penalty you could have avoided.
Your return and any tax payable are due nine months after your financial year ends. Pick your year end to see your date.
Registration must already be in place before you can file.
Registered late? Under the FTA's waiver initiative, the AED 10,000 penalty can be waived if your first return is filed within seven months of your first tax period ending. We check whether you qualify.

Corporate tax applies to financial years starting on or after 1 June 2023. The headline rate is simple. How your income is classified is where businesses get it wrong.
This is an estimate only. It leaves out exempt income, reliefs, QFZP and Small Business Relief. Your actual tax depends on the adjustments we calculate from your books.
A written scope before we start, and no surprises along the way.
We confirm which obligations apply to your entity, your exact deadlines and any penalty exposure.
You know exactly what we'll do, what we need from you and what it costs before any work starts.
Documents are checked against FTA requirements and your computation is built from your actual books.
We track it through to your TRN or filed return, then keep every future deadline on watch.
We're auditors first, and that changes how we prepare your corporate tax. Every figure is traceable, every position is documented, and nothing you file contradicts anything else you've filed.
Every position is backed by records that stand up to an FTA review, not just a completed form.
Bookkeeping, audited statements and the tax return come from one team, so the numbers always agree.
We deal with the FTA on your behalf, from registrations and returns to clarifications and reconsiderations.
Keep your own team for daily bookkeeping and bring us in for the tax position. The two work well together.
Still unsure where you stand? A short call with a specialist usually settles it.
Every UAE mainland company and free zone entity must register, even if no tax ends up payable. So must foreign companies with a permanent establishment or nexus in the UAE, and individuals whose business turnover exceeds AED 1 million in a calendar year.
Within nine months of the end of your tax period. For a 31 December year end, that's 30 September of the following year. Any tax payable is due by the same date, and your registration must already be in place before you can file.
Late registration carries an AED 10,000 penalty. A late return costs AED 500 for each month in the first year and AED 1,000 a month after that, and unpaid tax attracts a late payment penalty of 14% a year, charged monthly.
It can be. Under the FTA's waiver initiative, the penalty is waived (or credited back if you've already paid it) when your first return is filed within seven months of the end of your first tax period. We check whether it applies to you during the free assessment.
A Qualifying Free Zone Person pays 0% on qualifying income, but only while it maintains adequate substance, keeps other revenue within the de minimis limits and prepares audited financial statements. Other income is taxed at 9%, and failing a condition can cost you QFZP status for five tax periods.
Yes. Small Business Relief has been extended to tax periods ending on or before 31 December 2029. Resident businesses with revenue of AED 3 million or less can elect to be treated as having no taxable income, but you still have to register and file a return. Qualifying Free Zone Persons and members of large multinational groups can't use it.
They're mandatory for Qualifying Free Zone Persons and for businesses with revenue above AED 50 million. Even when they aren't required, audited statements make your tax position far easier to defend if the FTA asks questions.
It depends on your entity type, transaction volume and the state of your records. After the free assessment you get a clear written scope and quote before any work starts.
